Cherie Gears, a veteran performer of over 500 parties and weddings at just 22, has performed at The Royal Albert Hall and The NEC Birmingham among many prestigious venues and has also been featured on The South Bank Show and Songs of Praise.

This act is also available as a 7 piece (sax and trumpet) for larger events. As a wedding band they will learn any song for the Bride and Groom's first dance to make the night really special. As a party band they will learn any special request to make it a party to remember!

Below is a brand new video of the band headlining the main event party of The World Corporate Games 2009. After a stunning show last year at Alea in Leeds, the organisers asked The Cherie Gears Band to play the main slot at their event in Brighton and the 70 minute party band set to over 2500 delegates brought the house down. This party band have already been asked to come back and headline in 2010. The video is simply a static camera at the back of the room with 100% live sound and footage to give you a true idea of the incredible party show this act put on.

This second video is another 100% live shoot taken on a freezing cold day at The Showman's Show in Newbury. The band were asked to showcase BigTV, Europes biggest and best stage and screen available to book for corporate events, huge parties, society weddings and concerts.

What do I get?

Our standard package includes:
Either 2 x 50 minute sets or 3 x 40 minute sets of awesome live party and wedding music PA and all band equipment
Travel to your wedding or party (free in Leeds and Yorkshire) and any other expenses
Any song of your choice learnt especially for your for the wedding first dance or special party band song

Do I need a DJ?

We now offer a disco package with a 10000 song playlist professionally mixed on laptop, including disco lights. Please enquire about this when booking.

Will you send me a CD or can I see the band live?

To keep costs down we do not send demo CDs out. You can listen to this wedding and party band on this page and watch the videos. This party band perform predominantly at weddings, parties and corporate events which are strictly private but occasionally perform at Leed's top venues like The Wardrobe and The Hi-Fi, please ask for dates. The videos on this page are totally live and provide a genuine depiction of this fantastic band in action.

How do I book?

We ask for a deposit of 12% either as a cheque payable to G-Sounds or as BACS transfer.

The final balance is due in full 2 weeks before the event and can be either payable to G-Sounds or direct to the band. We will let you know about this closer to the time.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, the band is covered by £5 million Public Liability Insurance and all equipment is PAT tested.
