Q) Why book through G-Sounds and not another agent?

A) We are not simply an agency. We create and manage the acts we provide ensuring the absolute highest quality. Unlike normal agencies who take your money and run, we tend to your every need from the first enquiry to the actual event. We never send automated e-mails and we never offer the same package twice. Everything is tailored specifically for you. Our rates are also substantially lower than any other offered in the UK and this reflects on the final price.

Q) Why are your acts so much better than those offered elsewhere?

A) We hand select every musician who works for us and they all must meet our high standards and have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Music. We also ensure that the performance is tailored to your requirements. Our acts offer far more personalised entertainment because we consult our clients ever step of the way. You can choose from massive repertoires of music and all our acts will learn any song you request for the first dance.

Q) What methods of payment do you take and when should I pay?

A) After your initial enquiry we will put a temporary hold on the date you require. A small deposit is then payable asap - this can be by cheque to G-Sounds or by BACS (bank transfer). Once we receive this payment the band is officially booked. The final balance is due no later than 2 weeks before the performance date. Final payment is sometimes taken by the musician's payment body, The Yorkshire Musicians Collective, but we will provide details on this at the time.

Q) How does your artist management program work?

A) If you feel you are an artist of exceptional ability please contact us on sm@gsounds.co.uk. Any information, photos, video or audio you can send us will help us to ascertain if you are an appropriate artist to for us to represent. If selected you can become a featured act on the website and we will aspire to provide you with work and push your career in the right direction.

Q) Can I book an act to play in my venue?

A) Of course! Our artists play in a variety of public venues from hotels, clubs, casinos, stately homes, pubs and bars. They have held residencies at Radisson SAS and Hilton Hotels and several casinos across Yorkshire. We have also run open mic and new band nights in bars and clubs in Leeds.
